We found a void when it came to easily accessible role models for girls and young women. Our intent is to inspire and motivate girls to be true to them selves and go after their dreams. Our hope is to provide an environment free of judgment where advice, experience, and life can be shared. We want our readers to become active participants in our conversation and to act as role models for us just as we will strive to be role models for them.

Brittany Szafran
I am a Go Getter Girl. An enterprising, ambitious, and passionate young women. I want to bring my motivation and confidence to all young women and to empower those who need a little push in the right direction. As a UCF student, I understand the stresses and pressures put on young people to balance all the aspects of life. In the past two years I have consistently had a part-time job, changed my major 3 times, been on the college dance team, tried out sorority life, and have added much more to my plate all while taking a full class schedule. I have gone through trial and error and am still working to find my true center.
This blog is a way to share my experience (the good and the bad), tips, and advice.
